In regards to this building, I tried to incorporate a sustainable design by utilizing space efficiently and making use of small redundant spaces. Large areas of glazing are also installed to achieve passive heating and to laminate the interiors naturally thus decreasing its energy usage and in turn its impact on the environment.

Ground Floor - The Folly/Bridge

EXP3 - Moving Elements and the Folly



The ground floor of the two buildings and the bridge act as the folly to hold the Dean's lunch. When not in use, the space functions as a route for vehicles to travel between the peaks of the valley. The center bridge breaks in the middle to allow large ships to pass through the river below.
